Equipping a new school building, or replacing boards across a campus, is easier with a plan. Use this checklist.
1. Count the rooms
List every room and what it needs: classrooms, labs, staff room, library, corridors, principal's office, admin block.
2. Choose board types
- Classrooms: a whiteboard or blackboard at the front (usually 4' × 8', or 3' × 4' for small rooms)
- Labs and computer rooms: whiteboards, to keep chalk dust away from equipment
- Corridors and staff rooms: noticeboards for timetables and notices
- Offices: a smaller whiteboard and a noticeboard
3. Standardise sizes
Using the same few sizes across the building makes ordering, pricing and replacements simpler.
4. Pick noticeboard colours
Match your school colours, or use one colour per purpose. See our noticeboard colour guide.
5. Plan installation
Every board comes with hanging hooks. Decide who will fix them to the walls, and plan heights for younger and older classes.
6. Plan delivery
Boards are bulky. We quote delivery before dispatch based on the size of the order and the city; a whole-school order can go as one cargo shipment or in batches.
7. Ask for a quote
Send us your list of rooms and sizes through the Contact page or on WhatsApp, and we will quote the whole order, including any custom sizes.
