These terms apply to every order placed with BoardWorks through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are wholesale prices for the item and size shown. They do not include delivery, which we confirm with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. See the Delivery policy. We may change prices at any time, but the price on your confirmed order is the price you pay.
Orders
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we will refund anything you have paid.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. Large or custom orders may need an advance payment. The price on your confirmed order, including delivery, is the amount you pay.
Product details
Sizes are nominal sizes in feet; the exact dimensions of each size are given on the product page. Colours of cloth may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Photos are for illustration.
Custom sizes
Custom boards are made to your specification after you confirm the quote. Please check the dimensions carefully: custom boards cannot be returned unless faulty.
Delivery and risk
The boards are yours once paid for. Risk passes to you when the boards are delivered to the address you gave.

Liability
We are responsible for supplying boards as described and in good condition. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or using unsuitable pens, cleaners or fixings.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
